Technical Support
We provide direct techical support only to the valid license holders
of our products. We must verify your registration information before
any support can be dispensed. The verification process usually requires
that the user requesting support provide us with the email address
with which the license was registered and the last four digits of
the credit card number with which the product was paid for. The
extent of our support covers resolving script-related issues only
and does not include hardware setup, web server configuration, server-related
malfunctions, and modification-related difficulties. For example,
we provide prompt and incisive answers to questions regarding script
features, proper configuration, and editing outputs and layouts.
We are not, however, required to provide support for installing
servers or troubleshooting aborted attempts at script modification.
A consulting fee of $85/hour may apply for non-script-related support.
Customers with registered products are encouraged to check out
our SUPPORT FORUM. In most
cases, you will be able to find the answers to your questions. To

We do not provide email support for the users of non-registered
products. Please do not be offended if your email is not answered
promptly. Due to the sheer volume of support requests from our registered
users, we simply do not have the necessary staffing to answer questions
from non-registered users. Please use our
